Apple makes it easy to transfer your old apps and data to a new iPhone using an iCloud backup.
If you prefer, you can transfer apps to a new iPhone one at a time from the App Store.
The easiest way to transfer apps to a new phone is to ensure you have a recent iCloud backup on your old iPhone.

iCloud lets you perfectly duplicate your existing iPhone — apps and data included — on a new phone when you upgrade.
