WeWork is divesting itself from its ‘non-core businesses,’ including a wave pool company

WeWork just released an investor presentation that offers numbers the company didn’t include in its widely-derided IPO documents

WeWork on Friday released an investor presentation that shows how its new leaders are trying to make a break with the past. Among other things, the presentation indicates the company plans to focus on working with large companies, a customer group that co-CEO Artie Minson told Business Insider earlier this year is critical for growth. In the document, WeWork for the first time publicly released specific data about location occupancy and other metrics. The company was criticized for not publishing such numbers in its filing to go public, an effort it ultimately cancelled in the face of investor resistance. Behringer’s newest synth is a $150 clone of the classic Roland TB-303

Image: Behringer Behringer has announced its newest synth, the TD-3, an analog bass line synthesizer that’s essentially a clone of Roland’s TB-303 from 1982. Although the company doesn’t directly mention the TB-303, it gives a heavy wink by saying the TD-3 features “authentic reproduction of original circuitry with matched transistors” and a “pure analog signal path based on lcegendary VCO, VCF and VCA designs.” The all-analog instrument gives you a sawtooth and square waveform VCO, an arpeggiator, a 4-pole low-pass resonant filter, distortion circuity, and a 16-step sequencer with 7 tracks, each with 250 user patterns.
